You will receive an automatic confirmation of your registration. The invoice will then be sent to you two weeks prior to the event. Participants information will be forwarded one week prior to the event.
Cancellation of your registration will only be accepted in writing.
For cancellations up to two weeks prior to the event we are obliged to charge administrative costs of € 35.00 (in words: thirty-five). Cancelling within two weeks means we will charge the full fee.
In case of 'no show' for events free of charge we are obliged to charge € 35.00 (in words: thirty-five) reservations and administration costs.
If you are unable to attend, replacement by a colleague is permitted.
Following all safety regulations and instructions applicable at the venue is compulsary to participants of NEN events. Ignoring these instructions will make the participant fully liable for any safety-related incidents.
You will receive an invoice approximately two weeks prior to the event.
NEN term of payment is 8 (in words: eight) working days. To assure your participation the payment is to be settled and credited to our account at the start of the event.
All fee's and prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT.
We charge administration costs of € 35.00 (in words: thirty-five) for any notification of changes just before, during or directly after the event.
NEN-events and/or co-organisers of an event have no permission to use your data to send you information and/or special offers unless you give your explicit permission.
