You must log in to gain acces to NEN Connect. If you do not have an account you can register for free. With your free account you can search the complete database, but only download & read the freely available standards.
In order to gain access to NEN Connect you log in at connect.nen.nl.
If you have forgotten your username, please contact NEN Customer service by phone: +31 15 2690391 (from 8:30 to 17:00) or email: email@example.com.
If you have forgotten your password, enter your username on the NEN Connect homepage, and click Forgot Password. You will receive an email allowing you to reset your password. Company users with their own usernames can also set a new password in this way.
If your company users log in using one general username (such as gb_companyname), they will not receive an email to reset the password when clicking the Forgot Password link.
These users must contact you, the company administrator. The company administrator can inform them about the credentials and pass it on to the users.
If a user attempts to log in more than 3 times with an incorrect password, the account is locked: the user will be unable to access NEN Connect for 30 minutes. As company administrator, you can instantly unlock the account. To do this, go to My company - Users, and find the user. See also ‘To user’ and ‘Modify data and settings of user’.
Click on the locked user to edit the user’s details. The time when the lock expires is shown next to Locked out. Click the Reset now link to unlock the account immediately. The user can now log in. On the homepage of NEN Connect, the user can click Forgot Password to set a new password.
