Over deze norm
Specifies classification of and performance requirements and test method for explosion-pressure-resistant glazing in buildings. The explosion-pressure-resistant glazing is intended to offer resistance against explosive blasts in view of human safety. This standard applies to security glazings, that have already been assigned the resistance class P4A of EN 356 of B2 of EN 1063. The classification is only valid for the tested glazing dimensions of circa 1m², but based on theoretical considerations and/or experimental work results may be used for estimation of the explosion-pressure-resistance of other glazing dimensions.
