This approval is applicable to all five biomass categories that are distinguished and applies for the global use of the 'Better Biomass certified' claim. Better Biomass is the first certification scheme with full coverage.

This Dutch standard describes the method to define and record the technical condition of an asset in an objective and uniform way. As a result of the demand from international organizations for an English version of the standard the Dutch Technical committee 'Condition assessment' decided to initiate the translation of NEN 2767-1:2017.
