27-02-2017 NEN and Shell invite you to a seminar in Delft on Wednesday 29th March 2017 entitled “Achieving sustainable business performance by qualified implementation and use of oil and gas standards”. This seminar is a unique opportunity for the European oil and gas industry and others to learn how existing and new multi-disciplinary international ISO standards are enablers for cost-efficiency, risk reduction, and minimizing carbon footprint.
Experts of the working group ISO/TC 67/WG 4 "Reliability engineering and technology" will inform participants in the seminar about the latest status and applications of their standards. This working group is responsible for reliability and cost related ISO standards in the petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas industries. Specific focus will be given to the recently revised standard ISO 14224 'Reliability and maintenance data' and the newly published standard ISO 19008 'Standard cost coding system'.
The seminar should be of interest for various stakeholders in Europe and global oil and gas sector: oil and gas operators, engineering companies, contractors, manufacturers, safety and reliability consultancies, certification bodies, safety authorities and R&D institutions. The seminar does also represent a unique opportunity for knowledge sharing between oil and gas and other industries.
