GAS2015, the international meeting point in the field of analysis of gases

13-04-2015 The eighth International Gas Analysis Symposium & Exhibition (GAS2015) will take place at Beurs-WTC Rotterdam, the Netherlands from 10 to 12 June 2015. GAS2105 is a unique event in its kind on calibration gases, equipment and optimization of industrial processes combining science, standardization and practical analytical techniques. Previous editions attracted hundreds of experts from over thirty countries all over the world.

GAS2015 offers you a 3-day experience with:

  • A symposium programme consisting of about 70 interesting lectures divided in four theme sessions: 'Natural gas and biogas', 'Metrology, standardization and certification', 'Analytical applications', and 'Health, safety and the environment'.
  • A poster session showing the latest research developments.
  • An exhibition floor with more than 25 exhibitors that demonstrate their newest products and services.
  • Extensive networking opportunities (e.g. during breaks, opening drinks and social event).
  • A convenient atmosphere for sharing experiences and to get inspired to improve ones business and research developments.


Michal Malicki of ESA, the European Space Agency, will open GAS2015. The symposium programme has a broad variety of topics including biogas, LNG (liquefied natural gas) and hydrogen. In addition, insights will be given in the state of affairs related to climate research and new analytical methods and applications will be presented. GAS2015 is organized by NEN (Dutch Standardization Institute) and ISO/TC 158 ‘Analysis of gases’. The registration for GAS2015 is open, the registration form can be downloaded from The participation fee of this three-day event is € 940,- including lunches, opening drinks, social event and symposium proceedings afterwards. Early birds receive a 10% discount of the participation fee; the early bird discount applies till 15 April 2015.
